Congratulations Mrs. Whittlesey!

Mrs. Whittlesey, a San Augustine English teacher for fifty four years, was chosen as the Citizenship Teacher of the year for the state of Texas. She was honored at a luncheon in Henderson on April 29 for being District winner and was given a plaque and $100.00 check. On June 16 she will be honored at a Gala in Houston, Texas and be presented a check for $1,000.00. Congratulations Mrs. Whittlesey!
